JPM announced earnings yesterday, BAC is today, and the other large financials are reporting this week. We’re well and truly into earnings season, and here’s my OVI Market Review Video for today.
Yesterday morning I said I didn’t feel Monday’s downdraft was anything to panic about, and that held true as the market rallied. I suspect the financial stocks will fare okay this week, but you’d be best advised to sit on the sidelines in the days immediately prior to a particular stock making its announcement.
Again, only trade when things look obvious according to our rules. Trade as if each one were your last and then you’ll be more discerning.
